Box Elder is a gorgeous wood that is a favorite of ours to turn on the lathe. The final product is rich in color with a beautiful grain pattern that is full of character.  It’s often identified by the hints of red and pink that appear throughout.

We turned this handle for an ice cream scoop so you can dish your sundae in style. The stainless scoop is removable for easy cleaning too!
