Shop maintenance is almost complete. Our primary table saw, the Grizzly G1023SLW, was the last major piece of equipment to get torn down and overhauled. After reinstalling the deck you have to be 100% certain the the blade is perfectly parallel to the tracks machined into the table top. If it is off even the slightest amount you will never get a proper cut no matter how hard you try. We use several different methods to ensure accuracy and when they all return the same values we finally know we are ready to run. My Dad helps me get it dialed in while I adjust the bolts and adjustment screws.
